Alternatively, just let us set the size and shape from the start.
That I didn't know, thank you.
I thought this game was focus on resource management not fighting :/
The demon that you fought is known as a Horror, the most powerful type of creature in Gord. They aren't typically meant to be killed, as the Tribe Leader, Bogdhan, explains that they're very tough and would require a group of experienced warriors to take down.
You have the option to fight Horrors, but they're incredibly challenging. This is why there are other options available, such as avoiding them or giving them what they want. In this part of the game however, you must choose to either fight Ardaven, or bend to its will.
Bigger problem the villagers are idiots, if their HP is low or their faith/sanity is low they don't drink mead, they don't bathe, if I send them there they sit there till doomsday, they don't go to work after regeneration...
I think they are supposed to be a bit more clever than this.
I was also able to kill the demon but I was not able to revive my fallen soldiers due to the cutscene :)
this game is base building with rpgs so figthing should be part of the game I love this mix
