How much replayability?
How much random factors in the game?
How much different build and specialization for player to experience?
Is there a different start setup?
Like monster train faction/hero selection (which result into nearly 80 permutation start configuration)?

Wondering the same thing. Hi Samseng. Glad to see you here too. A fellow Against the Storm lover. :)

Count me in as well. Is thing on rails missionwise, and what if anything is randomized?

There are choices in the campaign and from the message at the end there are around 10 missions in the campaign.
Then you have the procedural generated custom scenario's

I just hope the gameplay provide good variation.
Not the repeating same identical building/procedure every game.
Example Age Of Darkness Final Stand start the game like this.
But later on they added multiple factions, and each factions multiple hero choice to spice up the gameplay variation.

According to some websites, it takes around 10 to 20 hours to finish Gord and around 30 m to 3 hours for custom campaigns. It is quite costly for $50, but i think its replayability is just replaying the campaign with all its unique starts and random quest. In my opinion, with its content today, i won't buy it because they should add sandbox, and/or multiplayer into the game so that the replayability and as a result i would consider buying it for $50. I have high expactations for this game but the only thing that concerns me is replayability and will the devs continue to work on the game even after release.

game so that the replayability can be maintained for longer and as a result* sorry about that

This is what the guy making the game said:

Q: Since the game is single-player, how are you guys going to handle replayability? If a player starts a new playthrough, what changes can he/she expect so see?

Stan Just: Due to the fact that we are going to have procedurally generated levels and AI-managed side quests I expect there will be a LOT of replayability and experience versatility in this title.

I'm hopeful this will be a good game but still very skeptical based on the demo. The price tag is a bit steep for what was seen in the demo.

Hope the game is amazing.

I was drawn to the premise of the game as it reminds me of Grimmwood.
