Heh needs help
so i am almost finished in Heh, but i need Linen for the Culture Rating and nobody is trading it.
Does anybody has an Idea?

This is a mainly a military mission. To keep existing trades routes open and new opened you have to respond to troop requests in given time (first request is impossible but second can be made with enough forces). So the key is to build build army quickly, first 2 companies with crossbows and troop transports. Put your palace to closest possible point to gold mines. Build 10 gold mines and minimum houses to get workforce. Build remaining 4 gold mines later when you can afford them (some gold mines can be made on other side of river also when affordable). Only 1 temple for patron god Osiris and shines for others to keep Ra and especially Seth happy, check regularly religion overseer and add shrines. You need also festival square to get Seths blessings.

This really hard mission on hard level and after patch even harder because gods blessings don't come so easy. I had to restart at least 10 times before got economy/housing/army in balance. Small mistake like forgetting to build psychiatric in time may ruin everything :D

Culture rating also can be raised through entertainment.

The overseers are not always correct. Sadly.

When you click on the culture rating it shows other options to increase it

okay. I Know how to twickle the culture. i clicked throught every overseer that is good for culture. got 3 schools in every block. 2 Libraries. and my entertaiment is Pefect in each category. Every stage is working
simultaneously. i would lie to say the same about religion, but i got blessed every year
the same problem in Bubastis; stucked at 75... got the feeling that the game is lying me, like with linen in Heh or Zoo in Bubastis that doesnt work because of game Meat. which i cant get:/

And just to clearify it. i played Ceasar 3 and Pharaoh where i was 14 :D
