And TBH, in Rostia, I have 2 (yes, only two) police stations and courts for no robberies at 5.200 inhabitants.

in this game i didn't already built police. in the old game i used them when i had unemployed, for employing them not for crime. i built police stations and barracks.

i think in this version is easier to have a lot of large houses.
