Seti Tomb in the Valley - water supply collapse in the city
First time this happened while playing PANE missions so far. All other parameters are fine - except only at least 4 "stately manors" of 12 (mission order) have still not evolved to ordered level. I checked all water supplies (cisterns) in the city - all were built on green land, have contact with roads and houses in the neighbourhood. Priority of working people are at "1" for supply of the city. Ok, unemployment rate is high, but all other producing craftsman do not stop work. Therefore I deleted all cisterns and install new ones - but nothing changed. At least I have to stop the mission, because more and more residents leaving the town. Before I have saved the city some hours before - and started again from this time - and there is no problem with the water supply. Was this water supply collapse a "hardship" at this mission?
Have anybody before had also a complete water supply collapse? What's the reason and how can I stop it in the future?
Thx in advance for your answers

I would check the water overlay to see what's going on, are they spawning the walkers, are they spawning it on the proper road, where are they going?
Only the "river of blood" plague event would cause water supplies to stop working, but I don't think that event happens in this mission.

Thanks a lot for your quick answer, eatsoup. The only "nerving" nature event were several locust attacks at the agricultural fields near the water. But I had at this time a lot of food in the silos and warehouses - therefore these attacks do not interfere me a lot in the city management. I know the water overlay (via overlay icon) - but I didn't use it in this case. I checked a long time the cisterns - nothing happened. The cisterns looks like a "black hole" in space ;) - and therefore the water carrier cross the event horizon and cannot be seen again :( - Ok, in the second run (after start the game with the saved score) I had no problems and go straight to victory - 4 stately manors I have got after change some housing areas, with gardens or some more additional shrines or moving a dancing school more distant to the evolving houses.
