serabit khadim mission not recruiting infantry

Anyone encounter this? I had no issues so far with both archers and infantry but in this mission the recruiter wont recruit infantry. It says there are no requests from forts or towers but both my infantry forts are empty and have the weapons next to the recruiter.

Oh thank god i'm not the only one having this issue with a map - I was worrying I was missing something (only difference is my issue is in north dashur)

I moved the academy near to the houses and it works, I think global recruiting is not working with that building.

I've found in that mission in order to make infantry you need spears and I think it's hides to recruit infantry. At that point though I don't think hides have been unlocked. Might be an oversight or the mission is only defendable by archers. No very clear though.
