Don't forget to put carpenters they need to build scaffolding to get to the highest parts. Put down and some spare work camps.
yup same here, tons of carpenter guilds, stonemason guilds and work camps. All burial provisions have been sent and the city has no employment problems. When i click the monument the foreman says everything is good and the pyramid is climbing higher and higher.
Get wood and carpenter's guild so they build the stairs to continue building. Unfortunately game doesn't hint it from the overseer, which at first glance feels like a bug.
if you read the comments above, we all have wood and carpenters guilds. not sure why you suggested this.
