Some questions about achievements

This game has been launched for a while but there are still some information that I can't find. I hope someone can answer it.

1. How to get the mask of Banquet Beast?
2. How many festival do i need to win to achieve "Too many!"? I have experienced five festivals: Fishing Festival, Watermelon Festival, Cooking Competition, Snowman Festival, and Spray Paint Festival. I was the champion in all festivals but received no achievements.(One year has passed in the game)
3. Regarding "How old are you?", how many toys need to be collected in total? and how to get all the toys.
