Talent recruitment 2 not completing

I know this game has a few lost in translation moments.. so I think this might be a bug. Wants you to assign a specific helper to the mine. Done.. and.. won't complete. Ok. Load back to the morning. Grab quest. Assign helper... And.. nothing. Am I missing something here?

IIRC, Talent Recruitment 1 is about assigning the helper to the mine. For part 2, you need to assign them a home on top of that.

You have to do that manually, go to Second village thingy and assign them to a home from the ledger in one of the houses.
