Utilize Bubble Cow Skills quest and I'm the boss achievement

Hello!
I have two issues:
1. I can't complete the quest Utilize Bubble Cow Skills. I use the skill, but the quest is still there.
My unsuccessful attempts to fix that:
1) verified integrity of game files;
2) changed a keybinding of the ability;
3) riding different cows.
2. I can't get the achievement I'm the boss (Place 15 workstations on farm). I've placed more than 15 already, but the achievement isn't unlocked.

Guide quests are very glitchy :( if it's any consolation, there no rewards for completing them, they are there only for tutorial purposes.

The I'm The Boss achievement does seem to be bugged. I think it's already been reported, but I'll re-report it
