I lost all my previous game progress. I had to start over completely. Trying to load a save slot now just causes an error and I have to quit the game repeatedly.

Did you install the voice acting dlc?
I would make sure its installed. So may need a delete and re-instal while makeing sure the dlc is selected.

If you played any of season 2 ignore those saves since they dont exist in steam currently.

as you know: only season 1 is out right now. Season 2 will be released in Q2 of 2025
