Achievement unlocking in the wrong clip? (Minsky 17A / 2OE 51D)

Playing on Xbox (PC Game Pass):

When I first saw the clip where Maria is being drowned by the bodyguards (2OE 51D), right at the moment when an unknown person falls into the pool and someone says "You idiot, you're going to kill-" I got the What happened to Carl Goodman achievement. It left me a little confused.

I had not unlocked the actual clip where Carl dies (Minsky 17A) at this point in my playthrough. I saw it much later. I also had not unlocked the 16/2/1972 interview clip which reveals this info.

Sometimes the achievement don't unlock instantly. I found that most don't unlock until you go back to the picture/clip board.
