Sound mixing, music, and sound effect bugs

The audio mixing has bugged out multiple times. Sometimes the archive music will continue to play well into a film scene. More problematic is that if you super-cut to a portion of a clip with the ominous sound effect that signals a secret scene and then exit the scene the noise will keep playing across the archive, other clips, and main menu until you exit out of the game.
