Controller Support?
Hello,

Curious if there is support for controllers in this game? From the looks of the store page, there is not. Interested in buying this game, loved it as a kid, but wouldn't want to play it if I'm unable to use a PC gamepad.

Thanks!

It has support, though I do suggest tweaking the somewhat... odd.. default mapping to your liking. I'm using a wired Xbox 360 pad and it plays just fine with that. The previous one (Sands of Time) also supports controllers.

Thanks. It didn't show that it did on the store page and I was a bit worried. So it's built in, or do you need the x360ce program?

Its built in, unless your picky about mapping your controllers I always run with the default and my wireless xbox 360 controller and it works perfectly, i started playing on xbox so im just used to the usual controls

I'm mildly picky... mostly because the mapping it gave for my pad really didn't seem to make a lot of sense in certain respects. :P I haven't played the XBox version for ages so I'm not sure what the mapping used to be... I just found something that worked for me.

Using Logitech F710 Gamepad and it works but the game crashes just after the first first again the lady weilding 2 daggers...

While you're still on the ship? (Or rather, when you get kicked off the ship?) I doubt it's the controller's fault there - though you might want to unplug yours and see if you can get through using keyboard controls. Mine didn't crash there, and if your controller ISN'T the issue I'm not really sure what to suggest.

anyone have experienced some weird camera behaviour using the pad? In my case, sometimes the controls are fine some other the camera is inverted...and this happens only with the pad...anyone knows why?
