Rope swing + Wallrun in Fate's Dark Hand

I'm stuck on the part at 5:19 of https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YMjk72DY7X0&t=321s just after you get the eye of the storm.

I don't know how to get to the next platform after the rope swing. It looks like you're supposed to wallrun after swinging the rope, but every time I try to do that, nothing happens. Jumping at the end of the rope swing doesn't work since you're too far away from the next platform. How do you transition from rope swinging to wallrun seemless? I can't figure out how to do what the person in the video does.

it is a bug, you need to limit your frame rate to 59fps, google that

I don't know if you have found the answer, but rope swing to wall run is as easy as pressing space (or jump button) when you are swinging on your desired direction and got past the vertical line that the rope was resting before you hang on it.

If you don't have technical fps issues then all you have to do is
While reaching max point of a swing press jump button (you will let go rope) while holding button for wall running.
If the issue is simply not reaching then build a momentum by going back and fourth and then give a go. To build a momentum each time you reach end of a swing angle redirect your movement to opposite side to prevent stumbles.

I played only with controller in this game, so I'm not sure if there is some control issues with keyboard
