Worth to play skipping Sands of Time?

I played SoT a little and feel I don't want to play, artstyle doesnt fit to me unlike WW. Also how is xbox one controller support here?

Definitely worth, it's the best of trilogy. And there is no so much of story in Prince games.

Don't skip any. They all tie in together perfectly.
The trilogy comes full circle at the end of Two Thrones, and you'll understand how well thought out the whole thing was.
1, 2, then 3. In that order.

I would advise you to play Sands of Time first to understand the story chronologically. The events of the first game are tied to Warrior Within. The POP trilogy has one of the best storylines with an Arabian Nights flair. The only thing that you may feel like a drawback is the outdated combat system. Apart from that, every gamer should atleast play that game once.

Of course there is story and it's a really good one. I think that some people said, that it's "not necessary" to play the first game, to play Warrior Within, and this is true. It's like
The Witcher, it's okay to go straight to the third without playing the others. But it would be wise to play the first to understand the story.

You don't have much choice, SoT has barely any enemy variety and gameplay stays the same throughout the whole game. Play WW & Two Thrones only.

watch SOT story on Youtube so that you know what happened in it and dont play it honestly it is archaic and the fighting will make you rage quit later in the game
