Instead of saving on exit, it seems to save at regular intervals of time. If you perform an action between those intervals and exit before the next one, you lose those actions. More than once I've done an action (like revealing a card) and exited right away, only to log back on to find the action I took undone (card I revealed at the end of my last session is reverted to hidden, sphere upgrades reverted, giving hero skill points, etc). If you close the game too soon, it might not remember your last few seconds worth of actions.
The same thing happens with the actual "save" feature. It does not actually save when you select it, it instead makes available the most recent auto-save. This too has resulted in me doing an action (revealing a card, upgrading spheres, even spending and gaining crystals), "saving" the game, closing the game, and coming back, loading the save, and the last few seconds worth of actions not being saved!
(so "saving" before closing the game doesn't actually help if you're too fast)
EDIT: The missing DPS multiplier just so happens to correctly apply when Magic Spheres are active, but not when they aren't.
Though it did only start occurring after I installed newer Nvidia drivers after i got a new 4070 ti GPU.
First troubleshooting I did was verify integrity of the files and all passed. Earlier today I did uninstall and reinstall the game which has not helped.
