Report a translation problem
There were a couple instances though where it dropped faster than that, around 5 seconds and it did drop DPS. Those instances could be my fault though as the game wasn't in focus.
For example, if you use 3 potions, it would be a 3 min activation. If that runs out and you use 1 potion, it is now on a 3 minute timer instead of 1. Each potion used while it is active will add 1 more minute. As soon as you manually click the orb to activate manually though, all that is erased and you lose all that time.
Oh, also exiting or loading the game will also negate all previous potions used.
