Report a translation problem
If anyone wants to know... Magic guild requirements: Knight-100E3%, Rook-1 ether card, Queen-10E9%, King-more than 10E99 magic multiplier. In standard that translates to 100k-10B-10DTg
Currently I am Queen rank, and if I do a run with Magic guild, I can maybe get a 5-10% increase to multiplier, sitting at about 1e33. At that rate, I'd have to at least 1600 runs before King rank. And since you can't reset the guild before King rank (with Guild Loyalty), then I'm not sure how anyone would get there.
Any tips?
Ok, so at the start of your run you want to immediately grab the second hero. Forget about it for now.
Now go kill the first boss and make one potion and click on the second dude for leaves till you can't get anymore.
Go to the fourth guy and get spheres for the Scaredy and Tungus cards (silver).
Next, go to the next two guys with leaves getting as much as you can (I do have a hunter as my first ether card so I'm getting a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of leaves), meanwhile you should be making your second potion now.
When you've gotten as much as you can from the next two leaves dudes (also don't forget to use the bags for each chest now), go straight to the second zone boss. your hero should be close to getting lvl 5 or 6 now. dump all the points into spheres upgrade (don't forget to use all those leaves on the sphere).
Now click the spheres and kill the boss, go to third zone and join the magic guild, go as far as you can in that zone.
Make the third potion and wait till you hit lvl 7 with the hero... when you hit lvl 7 upgrade the hero. Next, click the spheres up to 9, then click each sphere once, click the purple star, and all three potions and watch.
Keep in mind you don't have to move further into the zone to get the bonus, as the damage calculated is the same no matter where you are in the zone.
Also I'm getting 198 xp per sec on my second hero, and you could have quite a bit less, so the runs are expected to take up to 11-13 mins. Anyways... the rule here is to brute force it. GL, I'm going to get to the fourth zone in a sec... The magic guild does more damage then the effin damage guild now for me :P
as an example of how I normally gained the bonus until 2E6%. I got to the fourth zone, and my bonus went up from 298E6% to 1.06E9% from an overnighter.
Final edit: I totally skimmed your post and just now noticed it says queen. :D whoopsy, but for anyone who wants to know how to progress in it go for it. Well I'm pretty sure I'll get to queen myself today, but yeah getting to 10E99 looks like a pain in the ass.

Excellent tips for other people starting out with Magic Guild, though.
I am quite far from that prospect, however, as I only have 7 gold cards in chest 3 at the moment. But, I am, however, very close to getting my first Ether card from chest 2, so I guess that's exciting :)
I think the next two I will get will both be Hunters.
This time, however, I'll make sure to note down the current values of my gold cards, and the values they would receive as Ether cards, so I at least have that information.
Unless someone else does it first, I'll try to remember to post the relative increases in power here.
