Small Question

So first off i enjoy this game, it is a fun platformer though the question i have is this. How is this game around 10 gigs? from what I have played it seems like a standard 2D platformer so i do not know if something changes towards the end but as of right now im a little confused as to what is taking up so much space with the game.
