workshop support
Hi,
Are there any plans for an editor and workshop support on this game, where community could create own airports, schedules, airlines, etc? I think this would be a great addition and would drive the reach of this game if there would be options for the community to create content.

That's sad the developer doesn't care what their customers want. This will drive people towards piracy. They should at least tell their customers if they plan to keep updating this version (they are too quiet, on a potential money maker, the outside of japan customers)

I gave in and tried this steam edition of the game during the sale...Time to refund this and pirate the old (less buggy) version...

The problem about the airline Mod is not really that they dont want you to, the problem is that they can get in legal trouble for using the airline liveries since they didn't manage to obtain the legal rights to publish it overseas. The have been many community mods created for plane models, custom stages. etc. I'm sure the company will let you create stages but I can tell you that it may take time since it's the first time the company releases a game outside Japan, they are testing the waters and I'm sure this will change in the future.

They cant get in trouble if its done by a community member, just look at Airport CEO's workshop page if you want a example

It could be that Japanese Copyright law may apply differently when it involves to Foreign video games, though I could be totally wrong. I would keep a open mind about it.

Why don't you guys just buy the Japanese Version...
- It has jets, fighter jets, and you get to control ground units.
- there are much more to offer there than here I guess.
- Japanese Company will only give Japanese customers better product, and that is always the way they do business there. (They are still holding the WW2 Grudge I guess) lol

sadly that wont happen for some legal problems. unless ur in Japan or buy the Japanese ver.
at least they give us this ver. after looong time waiting, cheeer up
