Mouse Freezing During Play

I downloaded the demo to decide on purchasing the game or not. During each game the mouse freezes up for a second and then moves smoothly. This happens again and again, and for a few seconds the mouse cursor will not move. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

During the tutorials the mouse gets locked several times to keep you focused on certain objectives, but I'm not sure if that's the issue?

Thanks Meles. This is during gameplay, and consistent during the game. Every single time I move the mouse the cursor is frozen and then will move a short distance before freezing again. To move the cursor from one side of the screen to the other takes quite a bit of time and I can't figure why it is happening here.

I have this as well I tried change the polling but it makes it worse
I have intel arc 750 and an msi g45 mouse
