Does anybody know where I can find a user manual ATC 4?

The user manual is included in the Steam distribution, if you look in the folder where your Steam games are (usually Program Files (x86)/ steam) /steamapps/commn/ATC4_g/DOCUMENT/RJTT the user manual and airport guide should be there as pdf's. Hope this helps.
