Screen is off center

The whole game is missing the right lower side. IHow do I fix that?

Right click the game exe, Compability => Change high DPI setting => Override high DPI scaling behavior. Scaling performed by: Application

I do not see an EXE file. When I rright click on the launcher and main file it shows an option to troubleshoot compatibility but no way to change high DPI. I am on Windows 10. Thanks for helping!

Freedom.Exe, right above Launcher.exe. It's in the Freedmo_Fighters folder under steamapps/common/.
