Invalid loop number 9 crash

Trying to get "Witness me!" achievement, I wait to die in front of Liam, but the game crashes with:

This happens on Fedora Linux.

Unfortunately it was an autosave that was crashing, I tried again to recreate the situation, but it works now...
Check this save which shows the situation - there's 2 minutes left, standing in front of Liam, talk to him until the timer counts to 0.

That's quick dev reaction ;) Thanks! I enjoyed this game very much (also Blackwell series bought on GOG).
And I really understand your urge to debug this issue to find root cause of the problem - that's my daily work for 20+ years.
