Finally a new game that isn't occult or has ghosts in it, I though Technobabylon was one of the best games, I have all of them, but the last two or three were not my cookie..

I won't confirm or deny that there are ghosts in Old Skies. But even if there were, you wouldn't be able to see them.

Lol, indeed nor would you hehe. Im just asking since Norco was a major let down for me as Christian, it was blashemy to read such an script. In this day and age where people can get every bit of understanding, people that believe get not... anyway this new release looks good

technobabylon was indeed the best, along with primordia, but they weren't developed by wadjet eye. and since shardlight was pretty average and haven't played unawoved yet, I'm only cautiously optimistic about this.

Yeah Technobabylon was indeed the best game, the vibe and scenes make for a pretty good game. I haven't found one which comes close.. Unavowed was a weird game, the first of a few that I didn't like as much as what came before, I stopped purchasing games from them after Unavowed, which has one of the most tedious achievement unlocks, you have to play different combinations,paths etc to unlock them.. which take years if you don't like a game that much.

Great demo, loved the voice acting, story and the puzzles were nice too. Visuals are also gorgeous! The only thing I was longing for were the voice acted scene descriptions. Now they come only as mouse-hovering captions for yourself to read, which was rather annoying, but nothing too big in the end. Nice game, and i'm definitely going to buy it when it comes out.

I debated for ages whether to make all the descriptions voiced or not. But the last time I checked the voiceover lines for Fia, she already had more lines than any other MC from any of our other games, and I'm still barely halfway done writing the thing. So for the sake of my sanity I may keep it.

That's a good thing, I remember playing The day of the tentacels back in the 90's, I got that game on high school from a buddy on 6 diskettes, but when I later played the talkie version, man it changed my life :P still my nr.1 favorite point & click game.

I'm very impressed with the developers replies to the many comments/suggestions made from people who write to this discussion - unlike some other developers who just ignore them. This says a lot for the team who are engaged in m making this game !!
