Voice chat not working
We can not hear eachother, but the portrait gets a red frame everytime we try to talk using V.

Did anybody get it working? How?

i press v, and nothing happens, i cant speak or hear others speaking, same goes for them

Yeah I set it all up, maxed out the thresholds still nothing and cannot hear anybody else

Please make sure that the Sign of Silence game has microphone access.

You can check it like this:
Start button -> Settings -> System -> Sound -> In the Input section, make sure your microphone is selected -> Check your microphone to see if it responds to sound -> below, go to "Microphone privacy settings" -> Make sure that under "Allow applications to access the microphone" the switch is set to On -> Below, make sure the switch is set to On under "Allow desktop applications to access my microphone". And the list includes the game Sign of Silence.

it is. and the issue still happens, seems to still not work, my friends and i both checked... ill try it again later today once my friend is on to test with me

voice chat broken for me n friends
aye yall needa fix the voice chat im p sure its not on our ends it has access to our mics etc i jus got this game like 2 days ago but we dont wanna play it without the immersion of game chat no kizzyyy
you arent the only one, ive seen about 2 other reports from users that play the game, one report being from me, hopefully they fix this soon!

So far we cannot determine which side of the problem is. We know that there are players whose voice chat works, but at the same time there are players whose chat does not work for a reason that is still unknown to us.

To speed up finding the problem, we ask everyone who does not have voice chat to start the game, activate voice chat (press and hold V) and send a log file:

%Username%\AppData\LocalLow\Renderise\Sign Of Silence\Player.log
