Crash with Citrix Receiver or Citrix Workspace installed

We noticed that some crashes of our game may occur if players have installed software from Citrix that conflicts with the Unity game engine: Citrix Receiver and Citrix Workspace.
If you have this program on your PC and can try to uninstall it, then do it, please, it should help with crashes.

Hi, i don't have this but its crashing and closes out the game, it even forces me out of my discord chat. please help

Disabling the overlay in the Discord settings helped some users, please try it.

The game rashes without Citrix. While loading a game or when you start the game when you take the lamp on the back of the car.

I dont have any of those but went back to the game after being able to run it before approx 2-3 months back... and upon buying my friend a copy of it on steam we got round to gearing up for a game... only for me to have absolutely no luck in playing it....

for me no matter whether i run single or multiplayer modes the end result is the same...
game loads fine, then the info with the incidents comes up with no way to click off or even have them go away... it covers the screen and i can see around the very edge of the covered screen a slither of light or different texture which is a part of what is from what would normally would be seen when that info is not obstructing the view.

what i cannot get is I have had this game running great before...
I have the latest drivers for my GPU
I'm running a:

Ryzen 7 2700X
32GB DDR4 3000 Corsair Vengeance RAM
ASUS 5700XT 8GB GDDR6
plenty of HDD space
page file set to auto.... page file set to manual... no change
system is running cool
tried it on an SSD, a mechanical drive.... uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared steam cache, i've had microsoft gamebar off and on both settings do nothing to alter the situation...
set the settings to low, medium and even high... varified files, all came back ok....
checked firewall and antivirus... nothing was stopping it... even deactivated both and nothing... not even a slight change....
uninstalled and reinstalled windows... no change.....

ran it with and without discord
I have racked my brain trying to figure out why it isn't working.... especially since nothing much has changed since i had been able to play it last time...

any idea or help in the matter would be greatly appreciated.. however at this moment i need sleep....

yeah my game loads up fine but i cannot close that message screen and therefore cannot play cos the message at the beginning of the level does not go away
