I've tried reinstalling the game, validating gamefiles ect, but nothing seems to fix this problem.

Try to temporarily disable your firewall and enter the game without it.
I've tried turning off windows defender and all my firewalls and still getting the same errors, im running out of ideas and really dont want to have to refund, the concept of the game looks great.
Please try to execute the ping command in the command line (cmd) or in PowerShell and try to make a trace to our server.
