My Optimisation
Okay so I have detailed me specs and graphics config below;

6th Gen I7
GTX1070 8GB
16GB RAM
2TB SSD
2TB HDD
LC32G75TQSEXXY SAMSUNG MONITOR GSYNC 240HZ

1. Firstly and most importantly, make sure you set to Border-less FS.

2.All graphics settings in game are maxed out @1080p.

3.I let the game handle everything including V-sync locked to 60fps.

4. In Nvidea Panel, I forced Triple Buffering on and locked fps to 60fps.

5. Finally I installed to HDD NOT SSD! (I dont understand why its running better?)
Had same issue with TT isle of man 2! Maybe something to do with this KT engine???

Hope this helps some people???

The HDD vs SSD thing is weird.

Other than that I've found turning Vsync on in-game @60 and enabling Triple Buffer in Nvidia Control Panel like you have done to work best for me on my system. I do not notice any difference between borderless and fullscreen. Those two settings seem to make the biggest difference.

However, while I'm typing this I just had a thought. I'm running G-sync in windowed and fullscreen. So I'm curious if you are using G-Sync in Fullscreen only? If so maybe G-Sync is the issue? I need to go test that in a few. I think G-Sync is the only setting I haven't messed with.

Wondering how your CPU and GPU usage are while in game as well? My CPU usage is quite low. Out of 8 cores only 6 were really being used and even then they weren't going over 35% usage. My GPU usage seemed to be neg spiking a lot. GPU usage was very inconsistent.

Also, I'm running on a 1440p 165hz monitor. Game is installed on an Intel 1TB SSD. Intel 9700k (stock speed). RTX3080. 32GB ram.

Update:

I updated my graphics driver and Fullscreen seems okay...?
Also I can run in 1440p resolution now with a fairly constant 60 fps. Settings slightly reduced (turned down shadows and turned off bloom).

I have found that using Gsync with vsync set to 60 fps locked is the most smooth performance.

My CPU usage is around 40 percent and using 4 cores. I have forced Gsync to fullscreen only. Usually fullscreen works best pretty much for all my games. I really like this game, shame about the optimisation. I hope they fix this...?
