Game wont start in VR with Quest 2 and Virtual Desktop

The game played fine with my old Rift and the Oculus App. Now I recently switched to quest and virtual desktop. The game wont start in VR with it. Only in 2 D. Is this a common problem?

I'll check. Normally, when you launch the game, it should ask you whether you want to play it in VR or 2D.

Are you launching the game directly from your computer or from the Virtual Desktop?

I Have this problem too. It worked before but now when i launch the game through the VR headset it loads up on my computer instead.

Both. I either clicked in on the 2d screen, while virtual desktop is active, or click it trhough virtual desktop. Steam prompts me then which version I would like to play. WHatever I choose I end up in 2D.

Hi, this seems to be a bug that other players are also experiencing. We're currently investigating it.

Also, there is a short term solution, that apparently works :
- Plug your headset
- Head into the steam app from your headset
- Launch Ragnarock from the Steam app.

If it doesn't work try this :
- On Steam right click on Ragnarock
- Properties -> General -> Launch Ragnarock in Steam VR mode

Just tested and played the demo on my Quest 2 + Virtual Desktop without and problems/lags/bugs/weird graphics or else. Worked like a charm.

Seems like to be linked to a Virtual Desktop conflict. Please try to launch the game directly from your Steam app.
