How is this game not banned?

This game, which feautures sex minigame with frontal nudity (penis and vagina), penetration and all sorts of unimaginable degeneracy (literally ripping a baby from a pregnant woman's womb and eating it) - and it's not banned.

Yet some innocent visual novels are banned for a mere "theme". What the ever living ♥♥♥♥?

Well, i know what ♥♥♥♥ this is - steam moderators have a blind allergic to anime. Just come and admitt it. This way both developers and players will stop wasting their time with this store and its inconsistent whims (they call them 'policies').

By the way i will be buying this game.

This. When you consider how far some people are willing to go to cause harm to others over something trivial... Yet video games usually get blamed for people's actions. Which makes sense I guess, given modern society where everybody would rather blame some-one else or something else than take accountability for their own actions.

It's briefly shown in the trailer at the very end of the second level.

At least three scenes are hidden in files. And you can even see the aimations of one of them in the external editor. They are... well made, motion captured (real people recorded them). The minigame have a winning outcome and a losing one.

I applaud the bravery it takes to make something like this these days.

Well seriously, it would be fair of Steam to first say "ok these countries are super sensitive, so make region block" and do not bann games out of blue because of one or few countries which have issues with explicit content. But btw. why do we have an age rating, if adult games get banned still at countries, are some countries not adult enough for erotic stuff?

I live in australia and it was worse years ago. Some dumb district attorney insisted that only kids play games, therefor 18 rating is not needed. So games like mk9 was banned because of this. Until he he resigned and someone with a brain came in and finally issued a 18 rating for gamed.
Even though, aussie still has some issues with certain content, many do wonder why the rating if they still think uts bad for people.
But as if yet, the prologue is fully available. So as many other adult rated games.

In Germany it was same some decades ago about violence. Some computer game magazines made jokes about that products get banned in Germany, as soon as they know it is a computer game. But today it is much better in germany, maybe they understood that age rating is there for a reason and a 18 years old is old enough for violence. But I cannot remember germany ever had issues with erotic stuff. Was funny anyway to see at Age of Conan how countries reacted on adult stuff: While Germany banned fatalities like chopping off head, the USA censored nipples, so characters did not have nipples when nude, haha. Yeah the evil nipples.

Still I wonder why some japanese games like dead or alive venus vacation got region block in germany on steam. I still think that japanese made a general block for all europe and germany was victim of generalization.

Good to hear this has changed. When i used to live in Switzerland, we had all these censored versions of games and movies, making it really hard to get the uncut. I had to travel far away to a shop that sold original uncut versions. Had to pay more too but at least uncut.

But yes, dead or alive vacation is also blocked down here.

VALVE is smart to not risk legal issues with their storefront on multiple countries.

This game? Sure, it's nasty and even downright diabolical but those same countries don't look at violence and torture the same way as they do "minors".

TLDR - every naked or sexualized character in this game is either a demon or a soul condemned to eternal damnation, certainly none of them could be mistaken for a highschool girl.

There is also some animations hidden in the game files which suggest that there is a winnng and loosing conditions.
