Hi, all of these achievements depend on encounters and encounters are procedurally generated, so I can't give you any fixed day. I can give you their description, you'll definitely know the encounter when you see it.

• You've Been Snatched! - Mickey's dog ran away with an item of yours.
  
• Raiders of the Lost Ark - You successfully funded Indiana Jane's mission.
  
• Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels - You succesfully supported a robbery.
  
• Die-Hard Fan - You knew the right title of the latest top of the charts song by PJ Cash.
  
• Fallen off a Truck - Buy 10 stolen items across any number of playthroughs.
  
• Who Needs a Soul? - Both you and Bob sold your souls to a possessed stone head. (this can only be achieved in the fourth shop of the industrial district)
