What is quest "Find PJ cash favourite shop in the artistic district?"

Someone name PJ came to my shop and ask/request for this, it show in ongoing events however I don't have any information for this. Can someone help or explain please.

Hi, are you playing a new (1.000) playthrough or an old save game?

If you are on a new playthrough, just keep playing and upgrading your shop, you'll reach the one he likes (it's of course in the Artistic district so it's not so far) and you'll immediately see him in a new plot encounter!

I use old save game, I found him came to my shop again and now move to new district already.

Ok, remember that we strongly advised to start a new playthrough with the 1.000 release, here's our announcement:

You simply go on playing and keep improving your shop.
Check the details of your shop, you can see in which district you are, once you are in the Artistic District you know that that or one of the following shops will do!

You should be able to see him even if you are ahead of his favorite shop, but remember that we strongly advised to start a new playthrough with the 1.000 release: we tried to imagine and consider all the possible cases of an ongoing save game but it's really difficult to have covered them all with the huge number of new encounters we included in 1.0.

Same issue here. Top shop but still have the "mission" active.
