oh alright thanks! i steps away from deleting and restarting, tried outside the steam launch and steam launch. stuck loading data, first parts, even cause shuttering for my mouse. then crash to desktop...

also by outside, i mean i open local files, and ran the launcher there. ended up running though another download and gave me a error, seem to unable check the version.
