Anachronia Agility Course missing vine

There's an issue only when I start the course from south west of the lodestone, the missing vine is in the south area of anachronia , south west of lamenfloras on the map, just north of the middle shortcut icon . It appears that we can click on it on the ground below as if it fell down, that's a weird bug lol.

I'm guessing by now that this game doesn't have any mods on steam. anyone know how to report a bug in-game ? the flag that is suppose to be in the chat box is not there.

There is a little -/+ symbol at the top right of the chat box, click that to expand the "more options" box, I believe you must be in global chat for the box to appear.

I found the solution if anyone is wondering it was the draw distance, when i changed it from medium to high the vine appeared.
