Ring of Kinship

Do you get any benefits from wearing the Ring of Kinship outside of Daemonheim?
In Dungeoneering I have the Ring upgraded to almost full Berserker and half way through Blitzer (I have the secondary perk), but do you get any benefit whatsoever if you have the ring in, say, Lumbridge?

You get a free teleport to Daemonheim with it. That's your benefit.

those buffs only apply within in the dungeon, not outside of it
