You can pay for membership with cash/rs3 gold->bonds/osrs gold->bonds and it will give you membership for both games.
You cannot, however, be logged into osrs and rs3 at the same time.
Hope you enjoy questing :)
Also how often do the double exp events happen?
I can virtually guarantee I've played WoW more than you.
So in your view you don't view anything short of something on the level of a WoW expansion as a major content update. So my point still stands: your expectations are unreasonably high.
Oh and by the way WoW is still running on the same engine from 2004.

If you go down to 'Events' it shows the dates of dxp on previous years and they mostly happy within 2 weeks of the last year's dxp.
I can virtually guarantee that is a non sequitur.
Again. A WOW expansion is a different game to a previous WOW game the engine doesn't matter it's the content that is drastically different. You're the one who brought up WOW, this strawman really is something else.
You had your first day of philosophy 101 yesterday, didn't you?
You're not using any of those words correctly.
The point is you're saying that the only thing that qualifies as a major content update is a literal entire re-invention of the game. Maybe you don't think the game needs major content updates to be considered not dead, but given that context in which you were responding to me, it wouldn't make sense for you to respond if you thought that. And thinking the game needs regular complete overhauls? Not only is that a comically unreasonable standard to hold the game to, if they actually did that it would have an enormously detrimental impact on the game.
It didn't used to, but in its current form, yes it does.
