Anyone else feels the rewards just dont justify the use of the keys?

its just a pay to advance type of thing. if people want to waste money because they dont want to waste say a couple hrs of doing something then fine, but if they keys give you something that only buying them gives then it changes to pay to win type of thing.

If that was the case they should of added and item that helps with gathering mysteries because I just spent the last 3 hours trying to get Founders Journal Page 4. Got the first 3 easily but the forth one I couldn't get for the life of me. I ended up taking a break doing some quest before going back and working on it for another hour till I finally got it.

I also think they dropped the ball w/ the fixate recharges, instead of making them behind a paywall they should have charged chronotes for them. Could have been a lot of chronotes for x amount and I would be fine w/ that as you can get loads of notes in a matter of like 1 hour lol

Reminder that you don't need to buy them with real world money to take part in this event.

Do quests, and you'll also randomly be awarded spins Keys from skilling/killing.

I farmed some keys and got lucky on the first 10 to get the mattock only to find out it's 100 charges then gone.

The rewards are sort of OP to be honest. I spent 90+ USD on keys (650~) to buy full on exp for Arch because i'm just that lazy and I work too. So i want to shorten the time out significantly.
There are multipliers and it shows which ones are Red (maybe purple too). Only thing is that you still have to unlock all of them to refresh new board. No clue why there is a refresh button down there.

Reason why i think it's OP:
The dwarven mattock is nice, because if you don't take artefact but double mats, whilst the artefact duplicator replicate restored artifact, you still get the same thing theoretically of x2 mats + 2x artefact. Plus with the fixated token that acts the same as Master Arch outfit, you can select 3 fixed choice per day from the outfit and every token 1 choice. This removes bad RNG.

To you guys, it sounds like gamble addiction, but to me it just shorten the time require to get the levels. With the IRL work, I can afford to spend the money so i can have more relax casual time in-game.

Things I received from 600~ keys:
As for the amount of exp I received and other purple/red rewards (proteans, rare item tokens and large exp star etc), they are a lot. Not sure if the ratio is good though, but it feels really a lot.

I've received 5.5k~ rare item token (already unlocked everything in there, but Jagex might add steam skin there if not Club reward for Premier club players).
* 16.1m BXP arch
* couple skilling outfit pieces and their headwear add-on.
* Lots of dwarven mattock
* About 14k on proteans

In truth your not shortening anything. It may seem like it but you still have to find all the mysteries that go along with arch and none of the items in TH help with that. Take what I said earlier I farmed the same spot for hours just to find one piece of a mystery. Yes you can advance your Arch to max level quickly but you still have to go back to each site to uncover all the mysteries anyway.

Yes that is if i worry about those things, I just want my levels whilst i'm doing that so i can farm my own inquisitor staff piece and move on. I'm not focusing on completionist achievement.

I see, really the opposite of me I'm taking my time to enjoy the back story of the game. A lot has changed since I last played.

Don't buy keys earn them finish quest. There is about 189 so 2 x 189 = 378 keys.
