Bait and switch relic
How can I get it ? I am so confused :/

1. Get 99 Arch
2. Dig up a Death Mask
3. Restore Death Mask
4. Go to a Fairy Ring (requires the quest Fairy Tale pt2. to be completed)
5. Enter the code c-i-s to reach Scaperune
6. Talk to evil bob and give him the death mask to receive the Evil Bob's Cat paw
7. Offer cat paw to Monolith to unlock Bait & Switch
