Report a translation problem
I uninstalled AVG and installed Kaspersky and haven't had any issues at all since then. Windows runs smoothly, updates are fast, all games runs just fine (depending on the specific issues within certain games but otherwise normal) and I have not had that error message since for Runescape, both with the client itself or running through Steam.
I played earlier today, took a shower, and then now can't load the game.
Mine says specifically
"There was an error loading the game configuration from the website. If you have a firewall, check that this program is allowed to access the internet (7,28)"

I turn web safe off on the router and all works fine, then you can turn it back on
