4K or others Resolutions?

Can someone tell me how to set the resolution I want in this game? Because somehow there are only 3 very strange resolutions with which I absolutely cannot do anything and thus the game is too pixelated and unplayable.

You don't play runescape for the graphics. 1920x1080 is absolutely fine and if you want you can even play in 2560x1440. 4k doesn't exist in this game i think but the above two I mentioned are perfectly normal. And even if there was a 4k option, it would still be "pixelated" because graphics aren't a selling point of this game, so the game being "unplayable" is just shenanigans on your part.

The game definitely supports 4K and QHD as I have played them in those res's. Do you have any scaling in windows enabled? If so, try disabling it and try RS again. Back when I used a 4K monitor I remember that causing issues with the game.
