Solomon's General Store offline? Or is this a steam issue?

I've been trying to browse the store since yesterday and it just comes up "The shop is currently unavailable". I'm not sure where to look for outage information, so is this a Steam client teething problem, or is the cosmetics store down for another reason?

uhm i actually accessed the solomon shop the other day from steam but checked just now and it does seem to be offline from ingame but you can access the shop through your browser following this link https://secure.runescape.com/m=mtxn_rs_shop/index

Steam issue you can still access the store by logging in via the offical runescape website.
