How to play on international (ENG) servers instead of germans

The german servers only have ~200-300 players on it and i used to play on german servers with 1k+ in RS2. Any way i can change to english servers? There are no guides or so on, on google.

For some reason The Steam Client when launching doesn't have the Cog wheel on the bottom left, I tested it on the Regular Runescape client and when loading it there is a cog wheel that pops up on the client window bottom left and once you click that you can change the language not sure how to do it on the steam version yet.

Right after you log in and are on the screen showing recent news, at the top there is a World Select tab.

If you are already in game, you can press Escape to bring up a small menu that has a Hop Worlds button to do the same thing.

Most worlds hover between 200 and 500 people nowadays, but the top servers are still at 1k+. You can sort worlds by player count by pressing the arrows at the top of the world select screen.

His client is set to only german worlds, is what I'm getting at when reading his question. So only the actual german worlds are showing and not all the worlds, On the Runescape client ( not the 1 from steam ) is opening you can change the language and then that would show you all the worlds in English, but I dont see the cog wheel setting option while opening up steams client vs regular rs client from site.

Language is configurable via steam.
Right click runescape in your library, then properties, and language.

but if you play on german servers and you do that, thats changes eng servers and eng lang..but how can i change eng server whit german lang?
