How can i play with friends?

I wanted to play with a friend and i cannot see the server he is in and he cannot see the servers i am in. help bois

Have you both completed the tutorial up to Burthorpe? I may be wrong but I think some of the tutorial is instanced.

You can add them on your friends list it will show them which world they are in, but before that you have to complete the tutorial first before being put in the actual game.

If you have him added either on runescape or steam friends list it should tell what world you are on. You can see your world in lobby or world hop.

we both completed the tutorial! then we were teleported to a city and added each other as friend. When we try to join each others server we get the massage that we cannot join the game..

Are you trying join via steam overlay or ingame friends list?

You should be able to play together if you are on the same World. Just before logging in, select the world you guys want to play.

Hey there, make sure that you're both on the same (F2P) World to see each other.

You can find out on which world you are currently by right clicking the world icon in the bottom right of the mini map -> Open world Select and read the world in the bottom left of the interface.

It's also worth adding eachother to your friendlist so it's easier to figure out on which world your friends are.
