how do i login with a different account

You can only link one account to your Steam account at a time - to switch which account is linked, you can follow these instructions:

This. I have extra accounts as pures and a hardcore ironman account but I cannot see a way to swap to those. This is a big thing in Runescape. I don't know anyone who only uses one account, to be honest, simply because of ironman, combat style pures, and skiller pures. It would be nice to have a feature to link multiple accounts and swap which one is the auto-log one. It does not necessarily need to be a massive amount, but somewhere around 5 for the crazies who have multiple pures of different types. <cough>

hey developer why do you guys allow duping? aka picking up items in the forrest and hoping worlds 10 times until you pick up 10 swords?

When you hop a world you should lose your character and start a new one or atleast start off in a city, but still you could run to the forrest again and pick up the sword it would just be slower.

Heey. A bit late, but could be useful to others.
You can change the account by unlinking your account from steam.
You can do that in runescapes own website. Log in there with the account you don't want to play anymore and unlink it from steam.
Then just link the other account to steam you want to play with.
