House system
House system is only available for player that have membership?

You will lose access to the house. In runescape, houses are instanced and do not exist in the main 'overworld'. Any improvements to the house you make will stay there, you just cannot access them without an active membership.

That is correct - the construction skill and majority of skills are only membership only.

no, it sticks around until you resubscribe. you just won't be able to go into it.
