lost my old account and none of my emails are registered anymore.

so i thought i could fire up RS3 well turned out my account says no name chosen.
went into account thinking it was an error and it forced me to verify my email well i did and choosed my old account name again same as before... well my character i used to play dont exist anymore??? fun fact the authenticator is still the same as before registered to the same E-mail even doh my new account with same email dont even ask for it.

so im confused what happen to my character?
why is my authenticator still active on that email and yet jagex dont even ask for it.
its like my whole time in runescape just vanished this goes for payments and everything.

anyone know how i solve this issue?

Your account may have had its name stripped if you didnt play for a while when the name release happened.
Inactive accounts had there names made avalible again and replaced with a string of numbers.
If not that then you probably dont have a character linked to your jagex account.
You'll have to link it to use it again.
To know for sure tho id have to see for myself exactly what error you're getting

yea its like i never had a character to begin with its super strange.

You might be logging into the wrong account.
I somehow had another account made with my email, I have to sign in by ingame name.

Not actually the ingame name, because there's an account name and theres' the display name.

thanks guys i ended up sending them a letter hopefully with the information i gave them they can track it down kinda sucks when you loose like hundreds of hours grinding agility :P

Old accounts will sign in with there name if you havent linked the character to a jagex account.
Id reccomend seeing if you can link them.

Only if your account was made before a cut off date before they started using a email to create a account, I use my name to log in but it's the original name from when you made the account which could be different from the name you use ingame now
