Hi. Ive made a thread about this on reddit so to make a long story short it happend a little more than a week ago and I really took it hard because of the extreme ammount of dedication I've put into my Runescape account, especially in the last 4 months. These last few months just to give you a picture of the dedication I've put in, I've gotten 2 times my total xp and almost 2000+ total levels, so basicly 3-4 skills away from the MM cape meaning I've reached every skill to atleast level 120. Ive gladly spent atleast 100k dollars ( if not more ) on my character through purchasing bonds and treasure hunter keys, etc. That same passion is still in me, without a doubt.
Ive yet to login since the verdict and trying to move on , which is natrualy hard to do.

I admit I broke the rules, but I did not see see the final warning that Jagex sent me because of my inbox displaying a (*) constantly meaning I've got too many unopened mails, dus rendering me unable to know when I recieve new mail in it. The last time I remember checking it , is after this mute because It told me the evidence was sent to my inbox. The evidence was that Ive received my final warning and still broke the rules. But It did not show how I burned my last chance. I was toxic yes, but breaking TOS is something Im not 100% sure I did, even though I had no idea the final warning mail was actually inside of my inbox.

I dont know if its possible, but if you can somehow pull up in your database you'll see that I did not open the last warning mail. I did not know you even send final warnings, let alone in the inbox. I would've checked my inbox after every previous mute, had I known about these last warnings. A login-popup message displaying my final warning could be something to consider adding in the game so that this unfortuante situation dont happen again. The time between the mail and my permanent mute is in close proximity. Of course I'd be extremley cautious had I known I was on my final chance.

I wrote about it in my appeal. It was kind of hectic. The game has been very significant in my life for many years, and still is but its just not the same now.
It would be nice if a J Mod sees this and looks into this dilemma.
At this point I can only hope for another chance, it would be very epic.

I have a similar issue, but I did nothing wrong. They just can't get a hold of me because the Phone Number associated with my account is null and void now. However, life is hard, and well, I just made another account, and will keep playing, and this time, hopefully, it won't get hacked. 15 years down the drain... at least wasn't a real life issue.

Jag mostly checks reddit. They also have a contact service on their direct website and it even has a live chat service running at certain times of the day.
