Anyone else notice in the last week that the dwarven chainaxe hasn't given the dxp but still consuming charges? I have no xp buffs on me aside from porter and scrimshaw

Are you sure you don't have it on double resources mode and not noticing because the porter is sending the material to the bank?

Obviously not. I've changed modes constantly and even banked the tool but still getting the same xp rate cutting ivy. works on the trees though but not the ivy, even when the wiki says it should work on ivy.
